Cheryl M. Berdelle, Esq.
Cheryl Berdelle received her mediation training from the highly regarded Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago, Illinois. Cheryl brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her mediation practice, and has successfully mediated a myriad of divorce issues including:
- Allocation of Parenting Responsibilities
- Allocation of Parenting Time
- Child Support
- Maintenance Agreements
- Pre-Nuptial Agreements
- Post-Divorce Disputes
Cheryl brings a professional and optimistic approach to each mediation. While she has helped parties with complex financial issues including the need for maintenance, support, business valuations, expert forensic analysis and the assessment of the equitable division of assets successfully resolve their disputes, she applies the same expertise and commitment to every matter, regardless of complexity, knowing the outcome of every case has great significance to our clients.
In addition to her mediation practice, Cheryl represents men and women in divorce proceedings. She began her divorce practice in l988.
